Joyce is a highly experienced and successful business professional who plays a strategic and operational role within Prosperity In Mind. Joyce has worked in the corporate sector for 19 years. She has a vast amount of experience in management, recruitment, sales, training, marketing and business development. She attended the University of Leeds undertaking a degree in professional training and development. She has provided training for blue chip companies, including the RAC group, and has mentored many business professionals over the years. Joyce has provided training seminars to health professionals on topics including how to set up and maintain a successful private practice.
Joyce plays a lead organisational role for Prosperity In Mind. She organises training and social events surrounding mental health awareness raising.

Joyce also runs and oversees the recruitment service for mental health professionals.
